Dani joined Commerce Ventures in 2025 as a Strategy Associate to support the firm’s thematic research and corporate engagement efforts. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where she advised Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, portfolio companies, and nonprofits on commercial and growth strategy, due diligence, and more.

She studied Finance and Business Analytics, graduating with highest distinction from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Fun fact: Dani is an avid runner and enjoys discovering new places through her runs.
